Terms and Conditions of Use

Comsonics Security System Inc. is under no obligation to verify the identity of users of the web site. In no event will Comsonics, its affiliates, employees, or stakeholders of any kind be held responsible or accountable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or indirect damages, however caused. These damages may include, but not be restricted to loss of profits, data, or use of equipment. You and/or any person, be it an incorporated or unincorporated entity, which you have the authority to legally represent agree without limitation to be bound by this agreement each time you use the website.

Methods of payment

Comsonics accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & PAYPAL as payment for products purchased through our web site. Qualified customers can apply for terms by filling out a credit application. Pick-up customers can also pay at time of pick-up. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Any and all applicable sales taxes as well as shipping and/or handling charges will be added to the final purchasing price of products at the time of the transaction. If you do not feel comfortable submitting credit card information online please contact us at sales@camsonics.com for alternative methods of payment.

Selling Outside North America

We do not accept orders outside of Canada and USA over the internet. Please Contact us if you would like to place an international order, and we will process it manually. We accept bank transfers for international orders only. Unfortunately we cannot estimate lead times since they vary greatly depending on your location.
